I was trying to find a specific security camera and kept running into it being sold out everywhere else. Surveillance-Video actually had it in stock, which was a relief. Ordering was simple, and it shipped faster than I expected, especially compared to some other places I checked. No real issues at all, and I’d probably use them again.

The site wasn’t hard to use at all. I didn’t have no trouble finding the camera stuff quickly. Some of the pages looked a little old, but checkout went fine for me.

I had a smooth experience getting help with my camera install. The guide was easy to follow and when I hit a point where I was stuck the answers actually made sense.
I was a little nervous trying to do it myself but surveillance-video.com made the whole thing feel way less confusing. Everything is working now so I’m happy with it and would give 5 stars

I was a little disappointed with the prices. My sister and I checked it out, and we both felt like the value just wasn’t really there. I ended up finding similar items for less somewhere else, so it didn’t feel worth it to me.

I was kind of surprised it got here earlier than expected. I remember checking the tracking while eating a weirdly burnt piece of toast, and then it was already out for delivery. No complaints at all, shipping was quick.

The only thing that bugged me was the follow-up email took longer than I expected. Not terrible, not a huge problem, but I did find myself checking my inbox a few times and thinking, okay, still waiting. I guess it was just a little slow, and that kind of slow follow-up is annoying when you’re trying to get something ordered.

Still, overall it was a good experience. A few small delays, a bit of waiting, and yeah, the waiting was the main complaint, but the help was solid. I’d probably use them again if I need more camera stuff...

The packaging was good, and everything arrived safe with no damage. It was packed in a neat way, so I was happy when I opened a box.

The sales guy got back to me quickly, which I did appreciate. I don’t remember every little detail now, but I do remember feeling like he wasn’t super familiar with the cameras. Some of the info didn’t line up, so I ended up checking things myself before deciding.

Not gonna lie, it works okay, but compatibility was a little tricky with my older camera. I ended up needing an adapter to get everything connected properly

Returning my order was way more of a hassle than it needed to be, and the refund took forever to come through. Maybe I’m being cynical, but it felt like they were hoping I’d just stop following up and let it go. Not the smoothest experience.

I really wanted to like this camera, and for the first few days it seemed totally fine. But after about a week, the picture started getting fuzzy for no obvious reason. The mount also feels cheap, like I was nervous tightening it too much. Customer support was okay and did respond, but the camera itself just didn’t feel very solid. Weirdly, I remember setting it up while my neighbor’s dog was barking nonstop at a plastic flamingo, which is probably why the whole thing stuck in my head.

I got exactly what I asked for, and everything matched my order with no mixups. Compared to some places where people seem to get the wrong items or missing stuff, this was really smooth and straightforward.
